Image Sizes, Uses and Sources Recommended for Social Media Campaigns

OK … so everyone is saying you should use more images in social media. But … what sizes do you use for optimum appearance? And, how do you get the part of the image you want to show into that little profile square box or that wide rectangle associated with the various social media platforms? Or … is part of your logo or your head cut off?

And where can you find images it’s OK to use? Or … if you have a photo, how can you make it look even better?

Last week, I presented on this topic at the National Extension Association of Family and Consumer Sciences. As this information changes so rapidly, I want to share it with as many people as possible before the size guidelines change. Below are the slides I used in my presentation. (NOTE: If you are reading this via email, you may have to visit the blog online to view the slides.)
