Design School Webinar – No Experience Required

UPDATE 5/19/15

Design School Webinar - Blog GraphicVisual content is a key player in the success of your marketing campaign, and Canva is a free tool that makes design simple for everyone. Canva gives you everything you need to easily turn ideas into stunning designs for social media, web, or print: social media posts and cover photos, email headers, blog graphics, presentations, flyers, posters and so much more.

Join us next Tuesday, May 19th at 10:00 a.m. CST for our Next Generation Extension webinar on “Design School Webinar – No Experience Required,” presented by Kayla Colgrove, Extension Educator and Becky Aiken, Design Specialist for IANR Media. Colgrove will provide an overview of Canva and how she has created designs for her programs. Aiken will cover best practices for creating designs.

We have several interactive activities planned, so please log in to Canva prior to the webinar by following one of the following steps:

  • Connect with Facebook
  • Sign in with Google
  • Enter an email address and password and then click “Sign up”

I think signing in with Facebook or Google to create an account allows you to not have another email and password to remember, so I recommend choosing that option.

How to Join Webinar:

Adobe Connect URL: https://connect.unl.edu/nextgenerationextension
Conference Call Number: (888) 820-1398
Enter Attendee Code: 9894805#

Any Extension professional is welcome to attend. Webinar will be recorded, and the links will be posted on the NGE blog (http://nextgenerationextension.org/) to view at a later date.
